St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church was dedicated November 7, 1791, by Manuel Perez, the Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana. Located off Main Street in the town of Les Petites Cotes, Perez officially changed the town's name to San Carlos (St. Charles) the same day he dedicated the church. Daniel Boone's oldest son, Daniel Morgan Boone, was married to Sarah Griffen Lewis at the church on March 2, 1800. The records include baptisms, marriages, and deaths, in Spanish, French, Latin, and English.

The U.S. Olympic Festival-’94 Collection contains press releases, advertising summaries, fact sheets, news clippings, and videos pertaining to the U.S. Olympic Festival-’94, held in St. Louis, Missouri, from July 1 to July 10, 1994. The United States Olympic Committee held the festival annually during non-Olympic years, to showcase young athletes who had the potential to participate in the World Olympics. Janet Kelley-Harmon, vice president of public relations and advertising for the 1994 festival, collected these materials. The materials in this collection date from 1990 to 1994.

This collection primarily consists of business ledgers, financial statements, and photographs relating to Wessel Stables while under the management of Dwight and Gloria Donnan. This collection also contains artifacts of the Donnans' participation with the Mariner Gam, a civic club affiliated with the United Church of Christ of Lockwood in Webster Groves, MO. The club was similar to the Girl Scouts but offered only water-based sporting activities. The couple was involved with Mariner Gam for approximately 20 years, ending in the mid-1980s.
