The Lynn Morrow, John Boat & Riverways Collection contains research, correspondence, maps, photographs, slides, newspaper clippings, published articles, interviews, and memoirs about the Missouri Ozarks with a particular emphasis on the origins of the John Boat, including the name itself and the emergence and lasting popularity of float fishing and hunting/fishing clubs at the turn of the 19th century in Missouri. This collection also includes a large selection of postcards and ephemera related to boating, hunting and fishing in Missouri.

The papers reflect major areas of Morrow’s research on the southwest Missouri region; Iron, Shannon, and Washington counties; Theodore Pease Russell and his writings; and the writings of Silas C. Turnbo. The collection also includes a large selection of promotional publications and ephemera associated with late 20th century tourism in Missouri and Arkansas.

The Municipal League of Metro St. Louis records consists of member meeting minutes relating to the organization's mission to improve St. Louis County residents' lives by fostering cooperation among St. Louis County government and municipalities. Topics of interest include the League's lobbying of state and federal government for legislation designed to help municipalities better serve their residents, including the proposed implementation of an internet sales tax and the removal of radioactive waste stored in St. Louis City and County. Interspersed throughout the meeting minutes are resolutions, reports, and policy statements regarding recreational opportunities for at-risk youth in St. Louis County, solid waste management policy, and local control of municipal affairs in light of St. Louis County Executive Sam Page's restrictions on businesses in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also included in the collection is a history of the League, written by Charles W. Sisler, a former Crestwood council member (1977-1991). The materials in this collection date from 1918 to 2020.

Edmee Baur Nash created three scrapbooks. The first scrapbook contains collected news stories about the Webster Groves League of Women Voters. League news stories were clipped from various St. Louis-area newspapers between 1948 and 1953. The second scrapbook contains family photos. The final scrapbook tracks the development of a child named William Nash, who was adopted into the family in 1936. In addition, the Nash collection contains signed artwork from various artists, a volume of Edmee Nash’s collected poems, and other items related to her writing hobby.

Neihardt was most famous for his epic, A CYCLE OF THE WEST, and BLACK ELK SPEAKS. He was poet laureate of Nebraska, literary editor of the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 1926-1938, and instructor at the University of Missouri, 1949-1965.
