The collection includes MCA meeting minutes and notes, public testimony, reports, and exhibits from the PSC proceedings.

MCCJ was a cooperative effort of many organizations and individuals but, Dr. J. Noel Heermance, professor of English at Lincoln University, Jefferson City, was the director and driving force.
