Widow of Larry Heaney (founder of the Milwaukee Catholic Worker) and a social activist, Heaney raised her six children on a Catholic Worker farm in Starkenburg, Missouri. She volunteered with the Benedictine sisters and eventually joined the order in 1979. Includes correspondence with prisoners, notebooks, and limited photographs.
