Research and documentation of the restoration of the homestead located in in Garden City, Cass County, Missouri. Also photographs of the property, both exterior and interior; and of the photographs of the O'Bannon and Johnson families.

Organizational records of the Chapter concerned about the problems of midlife and older women. Includes minutes and agendas, financial records, photographs, clippings, and printed and published material concerning the Metropolitan Kansas City OWL and the national organization. "Administrative Records" folders are set up in the manner of scrapbooks, so most of these types of materials will appear in each of those folders.

This collection contains the children's picture book Through Eva's Eyes written by Phoebe Eloise Unterman, based on the true story of her grandmother Eva's experiences in Nazi-occupied Poland during World War II.

Ginsburg was involved with numerous volunteer activities, especially the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), the Congregation Beth Shalom, and its Sisterhood. Kaplan was an active member of Beth Shalom, book editor and book reviewer. Includes book reviews written by Kaplan of books published on topics related the Jewish faith and lifestyle; research on anti-Semitism in Kansas City; Jewish cookbooks, Jewish songbook, and other books on Jewish life and history; video tapes; audio records; and correspondence. Also sermons written by Rabbi William Silverman of Temple B'nai Jehudah.

This collection includes a transcription of an oral history interview conducted by Lililan Kranitz with Sylvia Minkin Shopmaker, focusing on her life, her family history, and the Jewish community of Kansas City.
