Saul Dubinsky was a real estate developer and civic activist. He served as chairman of the City Plan Commission and was instrumental in establishing the Planning Committee of Downtown St. Louis, Inc. Dubinsky's papers chronicle his involvement with Downtown St. Louis Inc., and the City Plan Commission. Other subjects of interest include the Daniel Boone, Mark Twain and Ozark Expressways, Highway 50, and the Lindell-Kingshighway area.
